RETURNS POLICY

Our policy is to make sure you are completely happy and satisfied
with your new SHARK purchase from start to finish.

We offer a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee on all SHARK products purchased from us at www.TheSharkWatchCo.com.au .You have 30 days from the day you receive the item to return the item for a no questions asked refund. All refunds will be credited back using the same payment method you used to make the original purchase. Custom engraved products cannot be returned or refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new condition as when you received it from us including in the original supplied packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts or not due to our error will not be refunded.
If 30 days or more have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on those products. Some goods are exempt from being returned by law or for health reasons. So we do not accept products that are intimate clothing, Digital delivery products, and custom engraved products, perfumes and fragrances or health and personal care items.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
Should you wish to return your order, please follow the instructions given below
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning products to us and please be reminded that shipping and postage costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item valued at over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible or guarantee that we will receive you’re returned item as this depends on the method you choose to return products to us, and is not within our control
To return your product, first email us at Store@TheSharkWatchCo.com.au  for a return authorization number (  R.A.N. ), you should quote this number on ALL returns sent back to us, so we can process your return quickly and without error. The return address for sending all product returns will be provided.
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the progress of your refund.  Refunds will be processed quickly and promptly for goods returned to us. All refunds are made at the discretion of The Shark Watch CO and all returns, refunds and processes are done in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation as required by law.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us a store@TheSharkWatchCo.com.au ,quoting the R.A.N. and we will follow this up and check it for you.
