+How do I place an order online

Shark Watch Co has a huge range of great watches that you can order online from our website .you can browse through our collections listed on the top of the site or you can search by keyword or style number from the search box . To place a product in your shopping cart, from the product page, simply click ‘Add to Cart ‘button Select the 'Continue Shopping' button to continue browsing the website, or the click the 'Checkout' button to go to the checkout page and complete your order.
Remember, by clicking the green cart button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, you may view your shopping cart at any time. This allows you to add, change, or delete items whenever you like.
When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart. To checkout, follow the instructions on the screen to finalize your order. You may check out without signing in, create an account, or use an existing account.

+How secure is your website?

The Shark Watch Co processes hundreds of payments daily using the Stripe or PayPal payment gateways. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously. All Card payments are verified by Stripe and or PayPal to prevent fraud activity.

+I don’t live in Australia, Can I still order SHARK products online?

We welcome customers from Australia and from all over the world and supply hundreds of orders daily to locations all over the globe, so yes we do ship our products worldwide.

+What forms of payment and currency do you accept?

We currently accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay and American Express Because we are Australia based company, all products are displayed in your local currency, and they will process at checkout in Australian dollars by the payment gateways.

+When will my credit card be charged?

Upon online order placement and approval of your credit card or PayPal, your order will be processed by the system and you card will be charged at that time.

+Why was my credit card payment refused?

Your credit card might be refused for any of the following reasons:
The card may have only expired recently, so check the card expiry date. You may have reached your credit cards daily transaction or total limit. Contact your bank to check you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limits. You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have entered all the required fields correctly. Our Payment gateway fraud filter may have marked your order as fraudulent for some reason. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a PayPal account. If you do not have PayPal, or contact us to investigate it for you.

+Was my order successful?

If you were directed to the “Thank You” page after submitting your order, it was successfully received. Once payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation to the email you provided us at checkout.

+I just placed an order, what happens next?

Firstly, you will receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order stating detailed information of what you have ordered and the amount paid. The rest is on us, the system will start to process your order within a few hours of when you placed the order and submit it thru to the dispatch office for scheduling for shipping. Once your order is ready for dispatch to be shipped out you might be notified by another email that will include all the delivery information and the relevant tracking number for it.

+Can I amend my order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or amend your order. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. We cannot guarantee any changes can be made after orders are processed or if already sent for dispatch. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out the correct items and give accurate delivery and shipping info.

+How much does shipping cost?

We ship our Australian orders with registered express Australia Post and international orders via DHL international you get Free Express Post Shipping with tracking Australia Wide for purchases over $50.

+Can I use a PO Box address?

Yes, we deliver to Australian PO Boxes. Australia Post will leave a postal note in your PO Box that you have an item to collect that requires a signature.

+Will I have to pay any customs fees?

We are confident that there will be no customs fees due to the size of the order values. However, we are not responsible for any customs fees or import duties as this varies from country to country. If any such costs were required they are buyers responsibility.

+How long will my order take to deliver?

All orders are sent direct to the ordering department and processed within 48 hours of being placed .Australian orders usually arrive within 5-10 business days to your door depending on the delivery address within Australia, some rural areas may take a few days extra to arrive depending on Australia posts service to your area.

+How do I track my parcel?

You can track your parcel online via the unique tracking number that we send you in the delivery dispatch email we sent you on the Australia Post website or the DHL website we also have a link to our Order Tracking page on our Home Page so you can follow your order updates.

+I've ordered, but I never received my package

Please contact us if you have any doubts about your order. If for some reason your package did get lost or you have not received your order, please contact us quoting your order number and we will be happy to follow it up and get it sorted for you.

Returns & Exchanges

+Can I return or exchange an item, what is your return policy?

Shark are committed to making your total online shopping experience a success and judging by the amount of 5 star reviews we receive we trust that you will be more than happy with your new Shark Watch purchase. So we offer a 30 day 100% iron clad satisfaction guarantee on all our SHARK products purchased from us .You have 30 days from the day you receive the item to return the item for a no questions asked full refund. All you need to pay is the postage cost to return your purchase to us. All refunds will be credited back using the same payment method you originally used to make the purchase. +What happen if I receive damaged or incorrect product

All products are carefully checked and inspected, before packing up ready for shipping but sometimes accidents can happen! So in the unlikely event you have received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us so we can get a replacement package out to you as soon as possible. It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries up receipt of the goods. Any damages resulting from customer cutting package with knives & scissors will not be replaced. +How do I return or exchange an item from my order?

For any returns, whether it be incorrect item, damaged item or simply a change of mind, please follow these simple steps below:

1.Package the product to be returned back up and in a well-sealed box preferably the original one it was delivered to you in

2.Print out your original proof of purchase order of the product from the Shark Watch Australia Online Store and place inside the package also writing this number on the delivery address below also to speed up returns processing.

3. Post the product by Registered Post.
